Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Flexible availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proven leadership experience in fast-paced retail food service or fuel environments
- Proven ability to coach develop and inspire career growth in individuals
- Excellent communication customer service and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Skilled in problem-solving critical thinking and decision-making
- Solid understanding of store financials and their impact on business performance
- Demonstrated ability to proactively recognize trends and drive change to achieve optimal business results

Job Duties
- Oversee daily store operations ensuring safety service and efficiency
- Maintain compliance with audits policies and regulations
- Meet or exceed performance targets by reviewing financial reports and executing merchandise and inventory plans
- Analyze trends control costs reduce waste and manage cash procedures to ensure profitability
- Monitor trends and collaborate with peers to develop action plans
- Execute policies drive compliance manage safety programs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Create an inclusive collaborative team culture focused on achievement motivation and customer service
- Hire train and develop a high-performing team through coaching and performance management
- Maintain proper coverage through strategic scheduling and resource allocation in a 24/7 environment
- Respond to customer feedback resolve issues and create plans to exceed expectations
