Job Requirements

  • proven supervising experience in hospitality management or hotel operations
  • extensive knowledge of hotel management principles including revenue management, budgeting, human resources, and guest services
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent customer service skills
  • experience with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
  • bilingual or multilingual capabilities preferred
  • previous experience working in a similar hospitality environment preferred
  • ability to manage budgets and analyze financial data

  • hospitality certification or relevant degree is a plus

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of the hotel including front desk, housekeeping, and food services
  • manage and motivate staff to achieve high performance and guest satisfaction
  • develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize profitability
  • create and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and analyze financial data
  • ensure compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements
  • foster a welcoming, inclusive environment for guests and team members
  • lead initiatives for continuous operational improvement and staff development
