Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Passion for helping and serving others including customers and team members
- One or more years of experience leading, motivating, and/or developing others or US Military Service
- Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace

Job Duties
- Lead the experience by managing all aspects within the restaurant including food production, guest service, and direct crew and manager work
- Plan for success by proactively leading and managing all people processes such as recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance management
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to foster high performance and engagement
- Plan for and make critical business decisions around inventory, budgeting, and food ordering/costs
- Ensure food safety measures are set and achieved according to McDonald’s standards of excellence
- Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety to provide a secure workplace environment
- Oversee all operational needs including maintenance plans to meet and exceed company standards of excellence
