Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Serv Safe certified
  • Knowledge of profit and loss statements
  • Basic math skills

  • Ability to pass background check and drug test

Job Duties

  • Responsible for working the front counter to ensure quality service
  • Check product quality and communicate with customers and assure availability
  • Effectively train and coach employees to show courtesy and handle complaints
  • Conduct meetings with team members and management team for planning, training, and reviewing operations management procedures and policies
  • Develop and maintain an acceptable level of sales and utilize local store marketing
  • Monitor utilities, supplies, and other cost categories to minimize impact
  • Analyze profits and loss statements and take appropriate corrective action
  • Follow proper procedures and specifications in preparation and serving of food products
  • Control restaurant inventory through an established inventory system
  • Use company approved labor guidelines
  • Develop and post labor schedules in advance of work week start
  • Adjust labor to changes in sales volume
  • Manage restaurant cash control by making bank deposits daily
  • Follow cash handling procedures outlined in the company employee handbook
  • Ensure accidents and incidents are reported to Risk Management in a timely manner
  • Take necessary action to minimize workers or unemployment compensation
  • Maintain a safe work environment
  • Achieve highest possible rating by the Health Department
  • Ensure professional restaurant and team image through rigid adherence to cleanliness and uniform standards
  • Keep Area Coach informed of hiring team members, approval for promotions, and changes in employee status
  • Process payroll accordingly
  • Maintain applicant tracking as per federal requirements
  • Conduct performance reviews with management team and team members
  • Document corrective disciplinary actions with employees or any incidents involving customers
  • Maintain team member personnel files in accordance with federal, state, and local law
  • Post all Federal and State required posters
  • Utilize a preventive maintenance system ensuring adequate repair of buildings and equipment as needed
  • Attend meetings scheduled by District Manager for planning, training, and reviewing operations and management policies
  • Perform all required administrative paperwork
