Job Requirements

  • Education bachelor’s degree preferred equivalent experience considered
  • Five to seven years progressive management responsibility
  • Twelve to eighteen months B2B sales experience
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Willingness to travel within the region
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting
  • Experience in production facility or manufacturing environment
  • Understanding of federal, state, and local compliance and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Equivalent experience considered
  • Five to seven years of progressive management responsibility
  • Twelve to eighteen months of B2B sales experience
  • Industry experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in operations management in production or manufacturing
  • Strong analytical and process management skills
  • Considerable knowledge of financial reporting, including profit and loss
  • Significant customer service and interface experience

Job Duties

  • Manage a market center location including production facility oversight
  • Control costs of materials, labor, and equipment per budget
  • Facilitate employee selection, development, retention, motivation, and customer relationship building
  • Establish and maintain cohesive teams across sales, service, and production departments to meet goals
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and promote safety policies
  • Develop effective labor-management relationships if unionized
  • Drive profitability and growth by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones
