Job Requirements
- Education bachelor’s degree preferred equivalent experience considered
- Five to seven years progressive management responsibility
- Twelve to eighteen months B2B sales experience
- Valid driver’s license required
- Willingness to travel within the region
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting
- Experience in production facility or manufacturing environment
- Understanding of federal, state, and local compliance and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Equivalent experience considered
- Five to seven years of progressive management responsibility
- Twelve to eighteen months of B2B sales experience
- Industry experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in operations management in production or manufacturing
- Strong analytical and process management skills
- Considerable knowledge of financial reporting, including profit and loss
- Significant customer service and interface experience
Job Duties
- Manage a market center location including production facility oversight
- Control costs of materials, labor, and equipment per budget
- Facilitate employee selection, development, retention, motivation, and customer relationship building
- Establish and maintain cohesive teams across sales, service, and production departments to meet goals
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and promote safety policies
- Develop effective labor-management relationships if unionized
- Drive profitability and growth by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones
