Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • completion of a background check
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • capability to perform repetitive movements for extended periods
  • willingness to work variable shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • adaptability to work in standard restaurant conditions including exposure to heat or cold
  • physical and mental stamina for continuous use of speech, hearing, vision, and manual dexterity

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail industries
  • proven success managing financial results
  • experience in fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • commitment to quality and guest satisfaction
  • strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • ability to mentor and train team members
  • understanding of inventory and labor cost management

Job Duties
