Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- one to two years related experience and/or training
- serve-safe certified
- completion of GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
- knowledge of company's operating systems and procedures
- understanding of company policies and procedures
- experience with profit and loss analysis and corrective actions
- supervisory and training skills
- familiarity with federal, state and local employment laws
- ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- ability to present information effectively to groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
- ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
- ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form

- excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties
- Manage the operations and staff of Wendy's restaurant
- execute all Company policies, procedures, programs and systems
- ensure objectives are reached in all areas while following Company guidelines
- ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
- provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew
- analyze profit and loss statements and implement corrective measures
- oversee recruitment, interviewing, and employee development
