Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • one to two years related experience and/or training
  • serve-safe certified
  • completion of GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
  • knowledge of company's operating systems and procedures
  • understanding of company policies and procedures
  • experience with profit and loss analysis and corrective actions
  • supervisory and training skills
  • familiarity with federal, state and local employment laws
  • ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
  • ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • ability to present information effectively to groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
  • ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
  • ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
  • ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • one to two years related experience and/or training
  • strong knowledge of company operating systems and policies
  • ability to read, analyze and interpret business documents and regulations
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • proficiency in mathematical calculations including algebra and geometry
  • reasoning skills for problem definition and data analysis
  • serve-safe certification

Job Duties

  • Manage the operations and staff of Wendy's restaurant
  • execute all Company policies, procedures, programs and systems
  • ensure objectives are reached in all areas while following Company guidelines
  • ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
  • provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew
  • analyze profit and loss statements and implement corrective measures
  • oversee recruitment, interviewing, and employee development
