Job Duties

  • Ensure all company standard operation procedures are followed
  • Teach and practice Freddy's standards of quality, timeliness, and service
  • Maintain an environment of open communication, positive attitudes, and trust-based relationships with all personnel
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is the highest priority for all employees
  • Lead by example maintaining professional image, appearance, and language
  • Conduct daily labor analysis to achieve target labor percentage
  • Enforce quality control standards and procedures
  • Follow standardized portion control guidelines
  • Monitor sales trends, develop forecasts, and make effective decisions to control key cost of sales and labor
  • Maximize productivity without compromising quality standards
  • Ensure full restaurant compliance with all health department regulations
  • Address critical violations on self-inspections and health department inspection reports and provide corrective actions
  • Ensure inspections are conducted and ongoing issues corrected
  • Meet guests needs and resolve guest complaints with commitment to satisfaction
  • Review and approve all schedules and forecasts
  • Coordinate opening and closing activities in a timely and safe manner
  • Complete all operational checklists daily
  • Ensure cash handling procedures are followed
  • Complete paperwork and administrative forms correctly and timely
  • Resolve conflicts and improve team member performance constructively and according to policies
  • Use Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Internet effectively
  • Stand and walk up to 10 hours per day
  • Reach, bend, lift, carry, and stoop as required
  • Move or handle items weighing up to 75 pounds
  • Work varied hours and days to oversee store operations
