Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management or related field
  • ability to work a minimum 50-hour workweek including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • valid transportation access for work as required
  • physical ability to meet medical requirements of the role
  • must obtain a Tuberculosis Clearance Certificate
  • open availability to work flexible schedules and locations within the island
  • adherence to company policies and government laws
  • ability to perform essential functions under general working conditions

Job Duties

  • Cover 100% of shifts with Managers in Charge capable of running great shifts
  • cover 100% of shifts with adequate staffing in all key positions
  • maintain an active succession plan for key roles such as GM, AGM, SL, and TT
  • ensure fair and equal treatment of all employees and address employee concerns with urgency
  • teach and delegate recruiting, training, coaching, and evaluation skills to management team
  • enforce strict compliance with government laws and company policies
  • monitor and control inventory and labor KPIs to expectations
  • follow up daily on sales, cost of sales, and cost of labor variances
  • verify and sign off on weekly and period-end inventories and payroll for accuracy
  • troubleshoot and correct operational variances
  • deliver attentive, hospitable, and quick customer service on all shifts
  • maintain high food quality on all shifts
  • provide a clean and sanitary environment consistently
  • uphold and improve Group and Brand standards
  • maintain facilities and correct asset deficiencies with urgency
  • enforce safety rules strictly and respond to safety concerns promptly
  • work a minimum 5-day, 50-hour week with flexible availability including nights and weekends
  • perform other duties as assigned
