- ability to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions

- understanding of P&L analysis and corrective measures
- supervisory and training skills

Job Duties
- Meets budgeted sales targets
- sets controllable cost targets
- develops and executes local store marketing plan
- resolves customer complaints within 24 hours
- trains store personnel in quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- manages production labor and food cost controls
- holds weekly manager meetings
