Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience
- Experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- Knowledge of OSHA and health and safety compliance
- Ability to manage staff and daily restaurant operations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to coach and mentor employees
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve conflicts
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible shifts and weekends
- Ability to manage P&L and control costs
- Familiarity with labor scheduling and inventory management
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean restaurant environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining preferred
- College or culinary schooling preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Strong planning and organization abilities

- Excellent computer skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise performance and administer rewards or discipline
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Shape restaurant culture and maintain high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and anticipate variances
- Cascade corporate programs and initiatives
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Champion sales building and suggestive selling activities
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
- Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- Ensure OSHA, health, safety, and security compliance
- Enforce safe work behaviors for guests and crew
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness
- Control cash, inventory, food and labor costs
- Manage labor schedules using company labor tools
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment
- Maintain facility and company assets
- Perform other duties as assigned
