Job Qualifications
- College degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 2-5 years of experience as a hotel general manager
- Preferred experience with Hilton brand
- Preferred experience in extended stay hotel operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record in managing hotel profitability and guest satisfaction
Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations ensuring exceptional guest experiences
- Manage staff, budgets, and overall hotel profitability and reputation
- Implement strategies to achieve financial and service goals
- Foster a positive and productive work environment
- Report to the Vice President of Operations
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and hospitality industry standards
- Drive team engagement and professional development
