Job Qualifications

  • College degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience as a hotel general manager
  • Preferred experience with Hilton brand
  • Preferred experience in extended stay hotel operations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven track record in managing hotel profitability and guest satisfaction

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations ensuring exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage staff, budgets, and overall hotel profitability and reputation
  • Implement strategies to achieve financial and service goals
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment
  • Report to the Vice President of Operations
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and hospitality industry standards
  • Drive team engagement and professional development
