Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience managing a quick-service restaurant or similar establishment
  • Familiarity with budgeting, payroll, and cost control processes
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical capability to meet postural and physical demands of the role
  • Commitment to uphold company policies and standards

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
  • Strong understanding of financial management in a quick-service restaurant environment
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and their application in the workplace
  • Ability to develop and implement operational strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to handle guest relations and resolve conflicts professionally

Job Duties

  • Ordering supplies and overseeing building maintenance, cleanliness and security
  • Accountable for production of Always Fresh standards and waste levels
  • Plan and work to budgets, maximize profits and achieve sales and transaction targets
  • Control food, paper and labour costs and administer payrolls
  • Recruit, train and develop new and existing team members and motivate team to achieve targets
  • Handle guest complaints and queries with professionalism
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety legislation and conduct regular workplace inspections
