Job Requirements
- A degree in hospitality, business, hotel/restaurant management or related field preferred
- Minimum five years restaurant management experience
- Valid driver’s license and car insurance required
- Certification and recertification through management training program(s) required after hire
- Completion of Next Step Management Development program required
- Serve Safe Food and/or Serve Safe Alcohol Certification preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills required
- Ability to manage financial statements and inventory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet, and POS systems
- Flexibility to work a minimum of 50 hours per week
- Ability to perform physical tasks including moving, lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, stooping, and effective communication
- Commitment to company’s vision, values, and culture

Job Duties
- Manages the workforce including recruitment, interviews, hiring, training, planning, directing, evaluating work, pay adjustments, discipline, and performance management
- Creates a positive workplace environment aligned with company vision, values, and culture
- Leads team to enthusiastically welcome guests ensuring quality operations, customer attention, and team development
- Monitors and ensures food safety and compliance with health regulations
- Manages profitability through sales direction, goal setting, coaching, budgeting, inventory control, and labor management
- Oversees facility and equipment maintenance, safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
- Conducts administrative activities including cash control, bank deposits, scheduling, and financial reporting
