Job Requirements
- ability to work 47 to 50 hours per week with flexible schedule as designated by the district manager
- physical ability to stand long periods work around heat and in close quarters
- able to lift 50 to 75 pounds comfortably
- willingness to work long hours
- able to move throughout the restaurant and observe operations and employee performance
- experience working with cleaning products
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years management experience preferably in a restaurant setting
- basic computer knowledge
- financial and analytical skills including planning budgeting scheduling and profit and loss management
- strong organizational and time management skills
- team building skills
- problem solving skills
- good verbal and written communication skills
Job Duties
- Model and create an environment where the guest is always right ensuring a positive guest service experience
- respond positively and quickly to guest concerns
- hire high quality employees who ensure consistent guest satisfaction
- ensure all employees are trained and empowered to deliver total guest satisfaction
- evaluate employee performance and provide regular feedback
- continuously improve employee skills knowledge and morale
- develop and execute the restaurant business plan including fiscal responsibilities and manpower planning
- manage labor effectively to meet budget
- implement company-wide marketing programs
- enforce labor laws and uphold food safety and sanitation standards
- maintain a fun and enjoyable working environment
