Job Requirements

  • ability to work 47 to 50 hours per week with flexible schedule as designated by the district manager
  • physical ability to stand long periods work around heat and in close quarters
  • able to lift 50 to 75 pounds comfortably
  • willingness to work long hours
  • able to move throughout the restaurant and observe operations and employee performance
  • experience working with cleaning products

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years management experience preferably in a restaurant setting
  • basic computer knowledge
  • financial and analytical skills including planning budgeting scheduling and profit and loss management
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • team building skills
  • problem solving skills
  • good verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Model and create an environment where the guest is always right ensuring a positive guest service experience
  • respond positively and quickly to guest concerns
  • hire high quality employees who ensure consistent guest satisfaction
  • ensure all employees are trained and empowered to deliver total guest satisfaction
  • evaluate employee performance and provide regular feedback
  • continuously improve employee skills knowledge and morale
  • develop and execute the restaurant business plan including fiscal responsibilities and manpower planning
  • manage labor effectively to meet budget
  • implement company-wide marketing programs
  • enforce labor laws and uphold food safety and sanitation standards
  • maintain a fun and enjoyable working environment
