Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years prior experience in restaurant leadership
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage staff and operations effectively
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop employees
  • Assign, direct, appraise, reward, discipline, and terminate staff as necessary
  • Foster a positive restaurant culture and high employee engagement
  • Coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
  • Model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
  • Communicate sales performance and implement corporate programs
  • Assist team members with duties as needed
  • Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
  • Optimize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
  • Greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
  • Maintain efficient operations, cost control, and profit management
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security policies
  • Enforce safe work behaviors to protect guests and employees
  • Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
  • Oversee cash control, inventory, food and labor management, and financial reporting
  • Manage food, labor, carryout costs, and other controllable expenses
  • Follow recipes and portion control
  • Conduct weekly inventory processes
  • Optimize employee schedules using labor tools
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and facilities
  • Perform other duties as assigned
