Job Requirements
- minimum 5 day, 50 hour work week
- open availability including nights and weekends
- willingness to work varying schedules including Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays
- transportation available as required
- ability to work anywhere on the island
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma
- physical and/or medical clearance as required
- must obtain a tuberculosis clearance certificate
Job Duties
- cover 100% of shifts with managers capable of running great shifts
- cover 100% of shifts with adequate staffing in all key positions
- develop an active succession plan for key management positions
- ensure fair and equal treatment of all employees and address concerns promptly
- teach and delegate recruiting, training, coaching, and evaluation processes
- control inventory and labor costs according to key performance indicators
- follow up daily on sales and cost variances
- verify and approve weekly inventories and payroll
- troubleshoot cost of sales and operations variances
- deliver attentive and hospitable customer service on all shifts
- maintain high food quality and sanitary environment on all shifts
- uphold group and brand standards consistently
- maintain exterior, interior grounds, and facilities
- enforce safety policies strictly on all shifts
- work a minimum 50-hour week including nights and weekends as required
