Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in full service restaurant or eatertainment setting
  • Proven financial management and P&L experience
  • Understanding of legal, labor, and health regulations in hospitality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite applications
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to execute light lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Able to stand and walk extended periods and on stairs
  • Comfortable working in kitchen environment with heat, noise, and equipment
  • Experience with POS touchscreen devices

Job Qualifications

  • Successful track record of managing high-volume, multi-faceted, and fast-paced operations
  • At least 5 years of successful management experience in full service restaurant or eatertainment industry
  • Solid demonstrated experience managing financial and P&L responsibilities
  • Base knowledge of legal and HR issues related to hospitality including liquor, labor, and health codes
  • Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and G-Suite
  • Demonstrated knowledge and execution of current operating standards
  • Strong communication skills with ability to write and verbally communicate clearly and concisely

Job Duties

  • Understand, analyze, and speak to P&L each period and identify areas of opportunity
  • Responsible for the financial health of the venue including programs to increase sales, manage labor and COGs, and controllable expenses
  • Develop short and long-term plans for revenue growth and cost control reductions
  • Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed including safe counts, petty cash, and bank drops
  • Establish guest satisfaction as a top priority with the team
  • Proactively identify methods of enhancing the guest experience to build new business and loyal customer base
  • Assure venue equipment and entertainment features are maintained, kept clean, and working well
  • Maintain high scores for venue inspections
  • Guide and influence management staff through effective motivation
  • Cultivate a strategic team environment that provides exceptional customer service
  • Develop and grow a team to increase engagement and retention
  • Provide direct supervision and development to Assistant General Manager and Kitchen Manager
