Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience
- 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurants preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and use hands for tasks
- Ability to taste, smell, and verbally communicate
- Ability to use vision including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception
- Ability to access all restaurant areas
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant in accordance with company policies and laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise performance and apply rewards or discipline including termination
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Shape culture and ensure high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members
- Model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and enforce corporate initiatives
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues
- Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor daily activities for quality food and cleanliness
- Control operations including cash, inventory, food and labor management
- Manage P&L, food and labor costs
- Control food costs through recipes and portion control
- Manage labor schedules and monitor daily sales performance
- Ensure proper use of restaurant equipment
- Maintain facility and company assets
- Perform other duties as assigned
