Job Requirements

  • Must be able to bend and reach overhead often
  • Must possess dexterity to handle tongs, pots/pans, and other equipment
  • Must be comfortable working in temperatures ranging from hot to cold
  • Must be comfortable working near open flames
  • May be required to work in tight spaces
  • Must maintain near constant communication with multiple people
  • Close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision are required
  • Must be able to sit, squat and kneel occasionally
  • Must be able to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
  • May be required to occasionally work in outdoor weather conditions
  • May stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
  • Strong people development and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage inventory and labor effectively
  • Proven track record of achieving results in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
  • Passion for customer service and team empowerment

Job Duties

  • Oversee all restaurant operations and team members
  • Provide leadership and motivation to ensure guest-focused and team-focused service
  • Set high standards and establish a positive work atmosphere
  • Develop self and others through coaching, training, and accountability
  • Manage inventory, labor, staffing, and ensure accountability
  • Foster collaboration and work with others to find group success
  • Adapt to change by solving problems through an inclusive approach
