Job Requirements

  • Must have prior experience in restaurant or retail management
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capacity to perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Must be comfortable working in various temperature conditions and near open flames
  • Ability to maintain constant communication with multiple team members
  • Must demonstrate agility and adaptability
  • Legal eligibility to work in the country

Job Duties

  • Oversee all restaurant operations and team members
  • Provide leadership and motivation to ensure team members are guest-focused and team-focused
  • Set high standards and establish a positive work atmosphere
  • Manage people development, inventory, labor, staffing, and accountability
  • Conduct regular people planning, coaching, training, accountability, and corrective action when necessary
  • Drive customer satisfaction by creating loyal fans
  • Foster collaboration and teamwork to achieve group success
  • Adapt to change and solve problems with an open-minded approach
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned
