- 2-3 years of management experience supervising a department, division, site or team
- proven success in leading, motivating and empowering a team

- drive exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction by leading front-line shifts and team development

- maintain a clean and safe facility
- master teaching curriculum and customer service practices
- create a caring, fun, friendly and effective work environment
- create and manage schedules and lead regular team meetings
- manage employee engagement and retention
- develop your operations team to be industry leaders
- directly manage key performance indicators to ensure the location is operating efficiently and effectively
- manage and operate a profitable business
