Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience in restaurant industry
- 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety and health regulations
- Physical ability to stand for entire shifts and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must comply with alcohol service age requirements where applicable

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work while appraising performance and addressing employee issues
- Foster a positive restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure guest satisfaction
- Communicate sales performance and implement corporate initiatives
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Champion sales-building activities and maximize table turnover and sales per guest
- Greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
- Maintain efficient operations, control costs, and manage profitability
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors for guests and crew
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control cash, inventory, and labor costs
- Manage P&L including food and labor costs
- Maintain restaurant equipment and facility
- Perform other duties as assigned
