Job Requirements

  • GED/diploma required
  • 5 years management experience including 2 years in similar industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 6 years experience in industry or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • last-mile delivery or small parcel experience highly desired
  • experience with independent contractor model
  • strong negotiation skills
  • ability to inspire a shared vision and empower a team
  • strong organization and time-management skills utilizing MS Office Suite

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics or related discipline preferred
  • minimum of 5 years management experience with at least 2 years in a similar industry
  • 6 years' experience in industry or related field
  • experience with last-mile delivery or small parcel highly desired
  • experience with independent contractor model and strong negotiation skills
  • strong organization and time-management skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • ability to inspire a shared vision and engage a team

Job Duties

  • Guide and direct facility management in the development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of the organization's services
  • direct, plan and prepare budgets based on corporate goals and objectives
  • evaluate the results of overall operations regularly and report these results to Regional Operations and General Managers
  • maintain engineered staffing levels for all positions including coaching, skills development, rewards and recognition, performance management, and staff productivity
  • ensure adherence to all contract aspects and work with vendors and independent contractors for accountability to the operating agreement
