Job Requirements

  • Previous AGM or GM experience for a minimum of 1 year
  • Previous experience in theater or restaurant
  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree in business, or similar field
  • Available to work evening hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Management work week consist of a minimum of 50-55 hours per week and more deemed necessary at various times
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Serve Safe Manager Certification, or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment
  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
  • Ability to work in a faced paced, high stress environment, while still delivering on our promises to our guests, ensuring a team focused environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Hire, train, retain and develop team
  • Cultivates a strategic team environment that provides exceptional customer service while directing the management team and ensuring all staff members perform at a consistently high level
  • Assures execution of staff training programs
  • Assures staffing levels and management coverage is appropriate to meet the needs to the business and maximize the customer experience
  • Leads and influences management staff through effective motivation, leveraging individual strengths to ensure customer satisfaction and maximum productivity
  • Select and develop Assistant Manager and Trainers for more responsibility or internal promotability into management program
  • Ensures execution of all employee recognition and incentive programs are documented
