Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Physical and/or medical requirements
  • Must obtain a Tuberculosis Clearance Certificate
  • Minimum 5 day, 50 hour work week
  • Open availability including nights and weekends
  • Ability to work varying schedules including Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays
  • Available to work anywhere on the island
  • Must have transportation as needed

  • Experience in team building and staffing management
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Cover 100% of shifts with MICs capable of running great shifts
  • Cover 100% of the shifts with adequate staffing in all key positions
  • Develop and maintain active succession plans for key management roles
  • Ensure fair and equal treatment of employees and address concerns urgently
  • Teach and delegate recruiting, training, coaching, and evaluation techniques
  • Control inventory and labor costs according to KPIs
  • Follow up daily on sales, COS, and COL variances
  • Verify and approve weekly and period end inventories and payroll
  • Deliver attentive and quick customer service on all shifts
  • Maintain high food quality and clean sanitary environment
  • Enforce Group and Brand standards and initiatives
  • Maintain exterior and interior grounds and facilities
  • Enforce safety rules strictly and foster a safety-first culture
  • Work minimum 50 hours per week including nights and weekends
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
