Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or one to two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Serve-Safe certification
  • completion of GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
  • ability to read and interpret business documents and regulations
  • mathematical skills including algebra and geometry
  • proficiency in problem solving and data analysis

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • knowledge of company operating systems and procedures
  • understanding of supervisory practices and employee training
  • familiarity with federal, state and local employment laws
  • strong communication and presentation skills
  • ability to analyze financial reports and take corrective action

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations
  • ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • provide leadership, direction, and training to staff
  • analyze profit and loss reports and implement corrective measures
  • maintain high standards of food safety and customer service
  • oversee hiring, interviewing, and employee development
  • plan and budget to meet business objectives
