Job Requirements

  • Hospitality management or related experience
  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours
  • proficiency in hotel management software
  • attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • bilingual or multilingual preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Proven supervising experience in hospitality management or hotel operations
  • extensive knowledge of hotel management principles including revenue management, budgeting, human resources, and guest services
  • strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
  • excellent customer service skills
  • experience with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
  • bilingual or multilingual capabilities
  • previous experience in a similar hospitality environment
  • demonstrated ability to manage budgets and implement operational improvements
  • hospitality certification or relevant degree is a plus but not required
