Job Requirements
- Hospitality management or related experience
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours
- proficiency in hotel management software
- attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- bilingual or multilingual preferred
Job Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in hospitality management or hotel operations
- extensive knowledge of hotel management principles including revenue management, budgeting, human resources, and guest services
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
- excellent customer service skills
- experience with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
- bilingual or multilingual capabilities
- previous experience in a similar hospitality environment
- demonstrated ability to manage budgets and implement operational improvements
- hospitality certification or relevant degree is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Oversee daily hotel operations
- manage hotel staff across multiple departments
- ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards
