Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant management
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- proficiency in the primary language(s) of the work location
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- passion for leadership and customer service

Job Duties
- manage daily restaurant operations including staffing and scheduling
- ensure food safety and quality standards are met
- oversee profit and loss management and sales forecasting
- recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
- create and implement local marketing and community engagement initiatives
- maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment
- deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest issues promptly
