Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in restaurant management
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • proficiency in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • passion for leadership and customer service

Job Duties

  • manage daily restaurant operations including staffing and scheduling
  • ensure food safety and quality standards are met
  • oversee profit and loss management and sales forecasting
  • recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
  • create and implement local marketing and community engagement initiatives
  • maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment
  • deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest issues promptly
