Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in retail, service, or operational management
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office and Google Suite software
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 35 pounds
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
  • Commitment to hands-on operational and maintenance tasks

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience with 3 plus years in retail, service, or operational management
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, driving revenue and controlling costs
  • Proficient technical skills including use of Microsoft Office and Google Suite for performance tracking
  • Maintenance skills with a hands-on, operational approach
  • Excellent communication skills to motivate teams and serve customers
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on ownership and achieving results
  • Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 pounds
  • Flexible schedule availability including evenings and weekends
  • Bilingual skills considered a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by developing and leading the team to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maximize wash-and-fold revenue through strategic initiatives to increase profitability
  • Drive store profitability by exploring new revenue streams and controlling costs
  • Maintain store excellence by keeping the facility clean, safe, and operating efficiently
  • Lead and develop the team by recruiting, training, and motivating staff
  • Monitor financial and performance metrics including KPIs, revenue targets and customer satisfaction scores
  • Participate in incentive programs to earn performance-based bonuses
