Job Requirements

  • minimum age of 18 years
  • previous experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role
  • experience managing high-volume quick service restaurant preferred
  • strong commitment to maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • ability to lead and develop teams
  • willingness to work varied hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to handle multi-tasking and fast-paced work environments

Job Qualifications

  • previous General Manager experience in high-volume quick service restaurants
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to set and achieve operational goals
  • experience in hospitality or retail management preferred
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant while maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership and develop plans to achieve them
  • lead and manage Department Managers by setting goals, providing coaching, and monitoring progress
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build an effective leadership team
  • ensure compliance with franchise policies and standards
  • manage daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and customer service
  • foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee development
