Job Requirements
- minimum age of 18 years
- previous experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role
- experience managing high-volume quick service restaurant preferred
- strong commitment to maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- ability to lead and develop teams
- willingness to work varied hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to handle multi-tasking and fast-paced work environments
Job Qualifications
- previous General Manager experience in high-volume quick service restaurants
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to set and achieve operational goals
- experience in hospitality or retail management preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant while maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership and develop plans to achieve them
- lead and manage Department Managers by setting goals, providing coaching, and monitoring progress
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build an effective leadership team
- ensure compliance with franchise policies and standards
- manage daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and customer service
- foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee development
