Job Requirements
- GED or diploma required
- Bachelor's degree in logistics or related discipline preferred
- Minimum of 5 years management experience with at least 2 years in a similar industry
- 6 years' experience in industry or related field
- Experience with last-mile delivery or small parcel logistics highly desired
- Experience with an independent contractor model
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to inspire a shared vision, empower and engage a team
- Strong organization and time-management skills utilizing MS Office Suite

Job Duties
- Guide and direct facility management in development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of services
- Direct, plan and prepare budgets based on corporate goals and objectives
- Evaluate overall operations regularly and report results to Regional Operations and General Managers
- Maintain engineered staffing levels including coaching, skills development, rewards, recognition, performance management, and staff productivity
- Ensure adherence to contract terms and manage accountability with Vendors and Independent Contractors
