Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- Prior leadership role experience required
- Ability to work a variety of shifts and weekends
- Compliance with state age requirements for serving alcohol if applicable
- Ability to stand for entire shifts and walk long periods
- Ability to lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- Physical ability to bend, stoop, reach, and operate controls
- Ability to taste, smell, and verbally communicate effectively
- Good vision including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception
- Ability to access all restaurant areas
- Adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines
- Willingness to foster a safe work environment

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in compliance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop employees
- Appraise performance, reward, discipline, and terminate employees as necessary
- Shape and maintain a positive restaurant culture and employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- Communicate sales performance and implement corporate initiatives to staff
- Assist team members with job duties occasionally
- Champion sales-building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
- Maintain cost controls and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and company policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control cash handling, inventory, and scheduling
- Manage P&L including food, labor, and carryout costs
- Follow recipes and portion control to manage food costs
- Optimize labor scheduling and monitor sales performance
- Oversee restaurant equipment use and facility maintenance
- Perform other duties as assigned
