This job opportunity is with a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos, slogans, and food products. While the brand is globally recognized and synonymous with quick service dining, this particular establishment is a separate entity from McDonald's USA. The franchise owner is responsible for all employment-related matters, including hiring, supervision, staffing, and scheduling for the restaurant. Job Requirements

  • minimum age of 18 years
  • prior experience as a general manager in high volume settings
  • knowledge of quick service restaurant operations preferred

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant meeting McDonald's standards of quality service and cleanliness
  • set restaurant goals with leadership and create plans to achieve them
  • lead and develop a team of Department Managers including hiring and coaching
  • monitor departmental progress and provide direction to improve operations
  • ensure staffing and scheduling meets restaurant needs
  • uphold safety and operational procedures
  • maintain a positive work environment and culture
