Job Requirements

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant meeting McDonald's standards of quality service and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals with leadership and create plans to achieve them
- lead and develop a team of Department Managers including hiring and coaching
- monitor departmental progress and provide direction to improve operations
- ensure staffing and scheduling meets restaurant needs
- uphold safety and operational procedures
- maintain a positive work environment and culture
