This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and standards
- Capability to lead and develop a team
- Willingness to open and close the restaurant
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience running high volume restaurant locations
- Experience in quick service restaurants preferred
- Background in hospitality or retail is a plus
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to set goals and drive results
- Minimum age of 18 years
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant by meeting financial and operational goals
- Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Lead and mentor Department Managers to achieve their specific goals and improve departmental performance
- Hire, train, and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Collaborate with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee supervision effectively
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that promotes growth and development
