Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of college or equivalent preferred
- Minimum four years of leadership and development experience in a Burger King restaurant or comparable industry
- Proficient in English language both verbally and in writing
- Strong math skills and Windows-based computer literacy
- Must complete internal training certifications within specified timeframes
- Ability to work long and irregular hours including extra shifts
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards
- Ability to manage and lead a diverse team effectively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of college or equivalent preferred
- Minimum four years of strong leadership and development experience in a Burger King restaurant or comparable food service environment
- Proficient English language skills for clear communication
- Proficient in math and Windows-based computer literacy
- Completion or willingness to complete internal certification training including GURU Certified, Serve Safe Essentials, Anti-Harassment Training, and HR Compliance Training
- Demonstrated ability to coach, lead and motivate teams
- Knowledge of employment laws and food safety standards
- Experience in financial management and operational best practices
Job Duties
- Leads operations excellence by directing efficient preparation and sale of products and preventive maintenance
- Leads shifts using mission statement and values to exceed customer expectations
- Builds team talent by coaching and developing management and crew members
- Manages restaurant profit and loss through financial planning, labor management, and marketing strategies
- Ensures restaurant compliance with government regulations, company policies, and safety standards
- Takes responsibility for district-wide operations processes as assigned
- Resolves operational challenges and promotes a positive work environment
