Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of previous food service or restaurant supervisory experience
  • Food Handler Certification required or obtained during onboarding
  • Experience using a computer and register (POS) system
  • Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights, and holidays
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Spanish speaking a plus

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations in collaboration with the District Manager
  • Recruit, select, orient, train, assign, and schedule team members
  • Manage team performance through coaching, counseling, and discipline
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and legal regulations
  • Communicate operational and human resources issues effectively
  • Conduct regular restaurant inspections to maintain standards
  • Track inventory and manage food preparation and customer service issues
  • Maintain store security and safety procedures
  • Use company tools to coach and develop team members
  • Drive store metrics through strong business acumen and team collaboration
