Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of previous food service or restaurant supervisory experience
- Food Handler Certification required or obtained during onboarding
- Experience using a computer and register (POS) system
- Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Spanish speaking a plus

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations in collaboration with the District Manager
- Recruit, select, orient, train, assign, and schedule team members
- Manage team performance through coaching, counseling, and discipline
- Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and legal regulations
- Communicate operational and human resources issues effectively
- Conduct regular restaurant inspections to maintain standards
- Track inventory and manage food preparation and customer service issues
- Maintain store security and safety procedures
- Use company tools to coach and develop team members
- Drive store metrics through strong business acumen and team collaboration
