Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum three years single-unit management in retail or food and beverage industries
- experience with PeopleMatter, Workday, Reflexis, PDI, ESO is a plus
- strong analytical skills
- positive and approachable presence
- effective communication and leadership skills
- ability to coach and motivate team members
- knowledge of guest service principles and food safety standards
- ability to manage inventory and financial reports
- commitment to safety culture
- experience in recruitment and staff development
Job Duties
- Drive a safety culture by ensuring a clean, organized, and safe environment for all team members and guests
- create a place of welcoming and belonging for guests and team members
- oversee the daily execution of the store operating system through management of the game plans to deliver a consistent guest and brand experience
- grow top line P&L performance and control key financial lines by understanding reports and developing plans to correct budget misses
- track and manage inventory through count execution and submitting accurate orders
- delegate tasks to subordinate team members and follow up to ensure proper completion
- engage and lead company initiatives
- oversee food production to ensure food safety requirements are met and par levels are maintained
- develop well trained team members through training, coaching, and recognition
- support and guide team members through career path while holding them accountable
- recruit, interview, hire and schedule all team members ensuring adequate coverage
- train and empower team members to de-escalate guest service issues
- communicate with team members positively to motivate and inspire
- comply with all federal, state, and local inspector requirements
- promote sales and profits by partnering with local community events
- perform additional duties as assigned
