Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience
- 4-6 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to work varied shifts and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Conflict resolution skills
- Planning and organization skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Compliance with state alcohol service age requirements if applicable

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations according to company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise performance and manage rewards and discipline including terminations
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Foster a culture of high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior to create a warm, hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and corporate initiatives to management and staff
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Lead sales building and suggestive selling activities
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
- Maintain efficient operations with cost controls and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control cash, inventory, food and labor costs
- Review financial reports and schedules
- Manage P&L including food, labor, and carryout costs
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment and facility
- Perform all other duties as assigned
