Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, nursing, gerontology, or related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in senior management or executive role
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
  • Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
  • Ability to lead and manage diverse teams effectively
  • Excellent organizational and financial management skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Gerontology, or a related discipline
  • At least 3 years of senior management or executive experience in team leadership
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and standards
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies

Job Duties

  • Provide strong leadership to a diverse team of caregivers, CNAs, nurses, and other team members
  • Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff to maintain optimal resident care and service levels
  • Foster a sense of belonging by building strong relationships with residents and their families
  • Connect with local community, participate in events, and promote community engagement
  • Oversee the budget and financial aspects of the facility ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new residents and promote the facility
