Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a leadership role
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurants
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to enforce safety and health regulations
  • Capability to manage P&L and control costs
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to perform essential functions with reasonable accommodations
  • Compliance with state alcohol serving age requirements for applicable locations

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
  • Plan, assign, and direct work
  • Appraise performance and manage disciplinary actions including termination
  • Cultivate a positive restaurant culture and high employee engagement
  • Coach and mentor team members to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Communicate sales performance and implement corporate programs
  • Assist team members with job duties as needed
  • Drive sales through suggestive selling and maximizing table turnover
  • Greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and local health and safety codes
  • Enforce safe work behaviors
  • Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
  • Control cash, inventory, food, and labor costs
  • Manage P&L and optimize schedules using labor tools
  • Maintain restaurant equipment and facility
  • Perform other assigned duties
