Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurants
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to enforce safety and health regulations
- Capability to manage P&L and control costs
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform essential functions with reasonable accommodations
- Compliance with state alcohol serving age requirements for applicable locations
Job Qualifications

- Prior leadership experience is required

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise performance and manage disciplinary actions including termination
- Cultivate a positive restaurant culture and high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure guest satisfaction
- Communicate sales performance and implement corporate programs
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Drive sales through suggestive selling and maximizing table turnover
- Greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and local health and safety codes
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control cash, inventory, food, and labor costs
- Manage P&L and optimize schedules using labor tools
- Maintain restaurant equipment and facility
- Perform other assigned duties
