Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Lead performance management activities including goal setting, ongoing coaching, career development, and performance reviews
  • Assist in recruiting and developing high-performance employees
  • Oversee onboarding and training, ensuring completion of compliance and specialized training
  • Motivate and align managerial staff to maximize productivity
  • Enforce store policies, procedures, and productivity standards
  • Monitor and document staff performance and behavior
  • Manage employee schedules and verify payroll, commissions, bonuses, and tips
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate company updates
  • Maintain a safe, clean and secure environment
  • Improve operational execution and adhere to safety standards
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and repairs
  • Collaborate with supervisors for optimal store and staff performance
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and store experience
  • Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Manage daily reporting of appointments, revenue, and calls
  • Report all safety and medical incidents to corporate team
  • Drive store sales through memberships, packages, and retail opportunities
  • Maintain local community presence through partnerships and events
  • Lead sales training and motivate team to exceed goals
  • Manage proven sales processes and local marketing initiatives
  • Set and track daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
  • Manage social media channels and marketing campaigns
  • Build and maintain a network of brand ambassadors and influencers
  • Represent brand values and lead staff development events
