Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operation including food production and guest service
- lead recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and performance management processes
- oversee inventory, budget, and food ordering to control costs
- ensure compliance with food safety measures and McDonald's standards
- maintain high standards of guest and employee safety
- develop and implement maintenance plans to uphold restaurant standards
- motivate and coach staff to achieve operational goals
