  • Comprehensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer

  • Proven track record of achieving financial success through effective sales and budget management
  • Experience in leading and holding management teams accountable for performance
  • Prior experience in opening new restaurants is a significant plus

Job Duties

  • Guarantee consistently impeccable customer service and hospitality, exceeding guest expectations at every interaction
  • Lead and train a first class front of house staff through disciplined leadership and continuous training
  • Manage food and beverage and dining product inventories, and accurately forecast sales trends to ensure efficient operations
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing and community activities to enhance brand awareness and attract guests
  • Ensure all products and services consistently meet and exceed company quality standards
  • Conduct regular team member assessments and hold staff accountable through effective performance management practices
  • Drive initiatives to ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
