Job Requirements
- BS degree required
- minimum 10 years of progressive experience with P&L responsibility
- minimum 7 years in operations, quality, or manufacturing engineering leadership
- excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Drive earnings growth targets to meet business objectives
- lead and drive continuous improvement including lean manufacturing implementations
- develop methods and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and personnel
- provide proactive leadership to monitor and drive critical business metrics
- identify and address issues to impact month-end results
- drive labor utilization and efficiency
