Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of residential property management or hotel management experience

Job Duties

  • Understand the needs of residents, employees, and owners to make decisions benefiting all stakeholders
  • prioritize resident satisfaction by managing service requests and retention programs
  • lead recruitment, coaching, and development of a service-focused team
  • manage budgets, financial reporting, and accounts receivable
  • oversee contract service work and maintenance projects
  • maintain accurate community records, rent rolls, and resident files
  • implement marketing strategies, coach sales team, monitor leasing data, and ensure market-ready apartments
  • enforce Fair Housing Act compliance and health and safety standards
