Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Minimum of 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- Ability to work early close shifts without late nights
- Ability to maintain physical demands including standing for entire shift, walking long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, and manual dexterity
- Compliance with all state-mandated regulations for alcohol service positions
- Ability to communicate verbally and visually with clarity
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to foster a safe and healthy work environment
- Willingness to follow company safety and sanitation procedures

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work

- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Foster a positive restaurant culture with high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction

- Occasionally assist team members with job duties
- Promote sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
- Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors to maintain a safe environment
- Monitor quality food standards and cleanliness
- Control day-to-day operations including cash control, inventory, food, labor management, and financial reporting
- Manage food and labor costs and perform weekly inventory
- Optimize staff scheduling and monitor sales performance
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment and assets
- Perform other duties as assigned
