Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of restaurant management experience
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Neat, clean and professional appearance
- Up-beat and engaging personality
- Fluent English-speaking and writing skills
- Highly collaborative nature
- Exhibit a sense of urgency
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent math skills including basic computations and ability to apply basic algebra concepts
- Ability to travel to other restaurants and meetings as needed
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting 25-50 lbs
Job Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team development skills

- Proficient in basic math including algebra

Job Duties
- Provide leadership and vision to crew, shift supervisors, and restaurant managers
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to meet or exceed business goals

- Monitor and enforce food safety procedures
- Maximize store sales and profits including participation in marketing programs
- Maintain and improve quality, service, and cleanliness standards
