Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Minimum two years restaurant experience with leadership
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Must maintain current Health Card
- Reliable transportation
- Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Expected 50-hour work week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
- Current Health Card as per state or local requirements
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing P&L and restaurant operations
Job Duties
- Build and develop high-potential team members into leaders
- Oversee recruiting, training, and management of restaurant staff
- Ensure excellent customer service, high-quality food, food safety, and cleanliness standards
- Manage profit and loss and maximize restaurant profitability
- Serve as the ultimate decision-maker for restaurant operations
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with field leadership and staff
- Enforce compliance with company policies and procedures
