Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Minimum two years restaurant experience with leadership
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Must maintain current Health Card
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Expected 50-hour work week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
  • Current Health Card as per state or local requirements
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing P&L and restaurant operations

Job Duties

  • Build and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • Oversee recruiting, training, and management of restaurant staff
  • Ensure excellent customer service, high-quality food, food safety, and cleanliness standards
  • Manage profit and loss and maximize restaurant profitability
  • Serve as the ultimate decision-maker for restaurant operations
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with field leadership and staff
  • Enforce compliance with company policies and procedures
