Job Requirements
- 4-5 years of management experience
- previous restaurant General Manager experience
- general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation practices
- understanding of responsible alcohol service
- ability to manage and direct the work of others
- strong passion for training and developing teams
- ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements
- effective communication and leadership skills

- ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
- implement and maintain responsible alcohol service and sanitation standards
